Every part of the experience with these guys was absolutely first class! During our first consultation to install bamboo floors in our new house, Art himself came by and helped us complete our order for the parts and somehow promised to finish our job on the very tight schedule that we were trying to fit in before all of our furniture was set to be delivered. Alex and his crew were not only thorough but always had a smile on their faces and were great to chat with. As is usually the case with any renovation project like this, we had an issue pop up of not having enough material (Home Depot, UGH!) When Art called to tell us, he started with "don't worry about anything, it will all work out" and again was super flexible in working with us to come by to finish the job after the extras arrived. The price was very fair but most importantly, it was such a pleasure doing business with these great folks!
